01What this page is

This is the Subbito information website, a digital menu service operated by [[LEGAL NAME]]. It describes the product and lets you get in touch. The service itself is used at go.subbito.app and is governed by the terms accepted there when you create an account.

02Prices

The prices shown on this page exclude VAT and may change. The price that counts is the one shown at the point of purchase, inside the application. If you find a discrepancy between the two, tell us: it is our mistake and we want to fix it.

Payment and invoicing are handled by Polar, acting as merchant of record.

03What we describe

We aim for this page to describe what the product does today, not what we would like it to do. If anything here does not match what you find in the application, write to us and we will correct it.

04Inactive accounts

A free-plan account whose dashboard nobody signs in to and whose menu nobody opens for 180 days will be deleted, with all its data (venues, menu, photos, translations, QR codes and stats), 90 days after being marked inactive. We'll email you before the deletion, and any use of the account in that period cancels it. Paid-plan accounts are never deleted for inactivity.

The name, the logo, the text and the design of this page belong to [[LEGAL NAME]].

06Governing law

Portuguese law applies. For any dispute, the competent courts are those of [[CITY]].
