It is no longer just a menu with a QR code.
Load your menu once. Every dish works twice.
The menu you already have starts translating itself, giving you professional-looking photos and writing the posts for your social media. Your guests read it on their phone, in their own language, with nothing to install.

One menu
One menu. Much more than a QR code.
One single source. Several results.
Before and after
Printing costs money. Translating costs more. And the Instagram has been quiet since March.
Today
- A PDF menu nobody can read on a phone
- Photos of the dishes buried in your phone
- Translations done by hand, or not at all
- An Instagram that has not moved since March
- Prices out of date on the printed menu
With Subbito
- A digital menu you update in one tap
- Photos composed by AI around your own
- AI translation, approved by you
- Posts made from the dishes you already have
- Instant changes, no trip back to the printer
- Statistics on who reads the menu
The catalogue you already maintain for the menu holds exactly what you need to make a post. Somebody just had to join the two together.
What makes us different
You have the dishes. What you lack is time to post.
You pick a dish that has a photo, what the post is for — offer, new dish, dish of the day, seasonal, reminder —, the format and the language. You get three image options and the caption already written.
- 1 dish
- 3 images
- 1 caption
- 1 post ready

The food is always your photo
The AI composes the background, the table, the light and the framing around it. In posts it never invents the dish: what arrives at the table is what you see in the image.
The price comes from your menu, not your typing
You write what you want to announce — "2-for-1 in the mornings", "new on the menu" — and the price comes along on its own, straight from the menu. It sits inside the scene, in the light and the perspective of the table, not on a label stuck on top.
It does not post for you. You download and post where you already post.
How it works
One afternoon and it is running.

Photograph the menu you already have
Up to eight photos or a PDF. They are read three at a time, repeated sections are merged across pages, and the draft is saved page by page — close the browser and you lose nothing. At the end you review, and anything doubtful comes flagged.

Approve the translations, one by one
You write in your own language and ask for the translation. It lands in an editable field and never publishes itself: each language has its own status, and if you change the original the translation is marked out of date.

Print the QR code and open the menu
A6 table card, 60×60 mm sticker and A4 poster, all vector and ready for the printer. The code comes out in your colour and the invitation is translated into all six languages.
Generated with the same code the dashboard uses. This is the file that goes to the printer. You also get the link for your Instagram bio and your Google listing.
The public menu
From the code on the table to the menu, with nothing to install.
Whoever sits down points their camera at the QR code and the menu opens in the browser, in the language of their phone. There is no app to download and no account to create: it is a page, and it opens even on the weak signal of a full terrace.

At the table card, the sticker or the poster. No app is needed to read the code: the phone camera already does it.

A page opens
The address is yours and the menu is the one you published. No sign-up, no download and no waiting for a screen to load.

They read it in their language
The menu detects the language of the phone and opens in it, if you have that one published. And it switches with one tap, without leaving the page.

You know what works without knowing who anyone is.

How credits work
The same credits cover both things: the photo of a dish on your menu and the images for social media. One generation gives you 3 options plus the post caption. You choose the quality: Standard 1 credit, Maximum 3, Ultra 5. Plan credits renew every month; the ones you buy separately never expire.

More than one place
Each additional place is €12/month, with its own menu, QR code and statistics. Available on the Chef plan.
Prices exclude VAT. Payments and invoicing through Polar.
Questions
What everyone asks.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The free plan asks for no card and has no expiry date. You are only asked when you decide to move up a plan.
Does it take orders and payments at the table?
No. The menu shows what you have; it does not take orders or payments. That is a decision, not an outstanding task: an ordering system forces you to change how the kitchen works, and what we solve is a different problem.
Does it post to Instagram by itself?
No. It creates the images and the caption, and you download them to post where you already post. Posting on your behalf would require your social accounts, and we want neither that responsibility nor you taking that risk.
Is the Portuguese European or Brazilian?
European, with a glossary of its own to guarantee it: sumo not suco, ementa not cardápio, toucinho not bacon. Translations always wait for your approval before they appear on the menu.
Who handles the allergens?
You do, from a fixed list of the fourteen EU allergens, translated by hand into all six languages. AI never infers them and never translates them. It is health information and it does not get guessed.
My photos are not great. Does it still work?
It does, and that is precisely the point. The generated image starts from your real photo and rebuilds the light, the table and the background around it. There is also a guide with seven examples to improve the ones you take from now on.
How many languages does each plan include?
One on Free and Entrada, three on Principal and five on Chef. A translation is paid for once and then it stays: that is why languages sit inside the plan rather than as a monthly add-on.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Whenever you like, from the dashboard. If you cancel, the menu does not disappear: it drops back to the free plan with one language.
