Who processes your data

What we collect on this page

If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, optionally your restaurant's name, and the message you write. Nothing else — the form asks for no phone number and no address.

If you accept measurement: the usage statistics described in the cookie policy. If you do not accept it, we collect nothing.

What we use it for

The form data is used solely to reply to you and, if you want to carry on the conversation, to deal with your enquiry. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not combine it with any other source.

The statistics tell us which sections of this page get read and which get skipped.

On what legal basis

The form rests on your consent, given when you press send, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Measurement rests solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Who else sees it

The form message travels through Resend, the service we use to send and receive email. Measurement, if you allow it, is carried out by Google. Both act as processors and neither uses this data for its own purposes.

We do not sell or pass data to anyone else.

For how long

Contact messages stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation runs and for up to a year afterwards, in case you pick the matter back up. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You may ask us at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and you may object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to [[EMAIL]] and we reply within a month.

If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

Our customers' menus

This policy covers this website. The application at go.subbito.app is a separate thing with its own terms — but it is worth saying here: the menus our customers publish do not record the IP address of whoever reads them, do not set cookies on them, and do not assign them any identifier. Reading a menu leaves no personal trace.
