01Who processes your data

02What we collect on this page

If you fill in the contact form: your name, your email, optionally your restaurant's name, and the message you write. Nothing else — the form asks for no phone number and no address.

If you accept measurement: the usage statistics described in the cookie policy. If you do not accept it, we collect nothing.

03What we use it for

The form data is used solely to reply to you and, if you want to carry on the conversation, to deal with your enquiry. We do not use it to send you advertising and we do not combine it with any other source.

The statistics tell us which sections of this page get read and which get skipped.

04On what legal basis

The form rests on your consent, given when you press send, and on our legitimate interest in replying to people who write to us.

Measurement rests solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

05Who else sees it

The form message travels through Resend, the service we use to send and receive email. Measurement, if you allow it, is carried out by Google. Both act as processors and neither uses this data for its own purposes.

We do not sell or pass data to anyone else.

06For how long

Contact messages stay in our mailbox for as long as the conversation runs and for up to a year afterwards, in case you pick the matter back up. After that they are deleted.

07Accounts in the app

If you create an account at go.subbito.app, we keep its data —your email, your venues, the menu, photos, translations and stats— for as long as the account is in use.

We'll email you tips to get the most out of it and, where relevant, Subbito offers. Every one of those emails has a one-click link to stop receiving them.

If a free-plan account goes 180 days without anyone signing in to its dashboard or opening its menu, we treat it as abandoned: we keep it for 90 more days and then delete it permanently, with all its data. We'll email you first, even if you've unsubscribed from tips, because it concerns your data. Signing in to the dashboard is enough to keep it. We only keep a minimal record of the deletion (the account name, its venues, the owner's email and the date) so we can answer questions about it.

08Your rights

You may ask us at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, and you may object to the processing or ask for it to be restricted. Write to [[EMAIL]] and we reply within a month.

If you think we have handled it badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

09Our customers' menus

This policy covers this website and accounts in the application at go.subbito.app. About the menus, it is worth saying here: the menus our customers publish do not record the IP address of whoever reads them, do not set cookies on them, and do not assign them any identifier. Reading a menu leaves no personal trace.
